Hi, I’m Ken.

I managed Jack’s before it closed, then worked alongside my sister, Terri Wilcox, in her local garden design and landscaping business. If you’ve walked the brick walkway at Prescott Park, you’ve walked on some of my handiwork—I laid about 80% of it.

More recently, you might remember my bike planter on Main Street. Or you may have seen me walking my dogs through Hanny’s parking lot on our way to Unleashed. If you’re in the New London Community Facebook group, you may have read my “Dear Terri” letters, which I write with assistance from AI.

These days, I’m the communications director at Lake Sunapee Yacht Club. My work has taken me from managing a local business to laying bricks to communicating with a community. Along the way, I’ve come to appreciate how much work happens behind the scenes—and how precious free time can be.

That’s the idea behind Out by Noon. I help local business owners and their teams find practical ways to use AI to make everyday work easier. I’ll work with you to understand what’s taking your time, find a useful place to start, and help you feel comfortable using the tools.
